Create a Supplier Document Review Form
Use this when you need a checklist for hosts to complete while reviewing supplier documents such as RAMS.
What this means
- A Supplier Document Review Form is a form type used for reviewing supplier-submitted documents.
- It’s created in the Forms area, then questions are added to match the customer’s review checklist.
When you’ll use this
- A customer wants admins to complete a structured checklist when approving RAMS (and similar supplier docs).
- You’re setting up UK document configuration and want the standard “RAMS Review Form”.
Step-by-step
Common issues
Review form type not selectable/wrong form created
-
Check: Did you set Type to Supplier Document Review (not Generic, Permit, or Site Briefing)?
-
Do: Recreate the form with the correct Type if needed.
Customer says the checklist isn’t appearing where they expect
-
Check: Are they expecting it to show up for a different supplier document kind than what’s configured?
-
Do: Confirm which supplier document kind/workflow they are using (RAMS/SDS/Other) and ensure the review checklist is configured for that doc kind/workflow in their setup.
Why this matters
- It standardises how documents are reviewed and reduces inconsistent approvals.
- It creates an audit trail of what was checked during review.
