Live Attendance: View Who is On Site

Live Attendance provides a real-time view of everyone who is currently checked in on site. This makes it easier to confirm headcount and identify who is still on site at any given moment.

What this means

  • Live Attendance is a real-time register of active check-ins (people who have checked in and not yet checked out).
  • You can scope it to one site or view across multiple sites (depending on access and setup).

When you’ll use this

  • You need to confirm who is currently on site (for safety, supervision, or an incident/emergency).
  • You need to check if someone has checked in today and whether they’ve checked out yet.
  • You need a quick headcount across sites.

Step-by-step

Common issues

Someone checked in but isn’t showing yet

What to check

  • Whether Live Attendance is scoped to the correct site and you’re in the live (current) view.

What to do

  • Confirm site selection, then press Refresh. If the site uses kiosk/Face ID or has poor reception, allow a few minutes for the check-in to sync before rechecking.

I’m seeing too many people / the wrong site

What to check

  • Whether you’re viewing all sites.

What to do

  • Switch to the specific site you care about, then apply company/supplier filters as needed.

I need to check someone out

What to check

  • Whether you have permissions to perform check-out actions from Live Attendance.

What to do

  • Open the person’s attendance entry and use the available check-out action (some setups allow hosts to check someone out directly from the live list).

Why this matters

  • It gives an immediate safety roster for the site, reducing manual roll calls.
  • It helps confirm exactly who is on-site at any moment, which is critical during incidents and evacuations.
