What this means

  • Sites Overview is the place in NextGen where you can see a list of sites you have access to and quickly jump into a specific site.
  • Each site also has its own Site Overview page (site dashboard) that summarises key information and shortcuts to common site workflows.

  • You manage multiple sites and need to quickly switch between them.
  • You want a quick snapshot before an audit, incident, or busy start-of-shift period.
  • You need to see if there are pending approvals or outstanding documents on a site.

  • Some workflows still live in Classic (for example evacuations, site briefings, host check-in, and host site alerts). Use Classic for those until they’re available in NextGen.
